It's not up the hawks a$$....the fact is the system sucks across the board. The idea that some give that it goes toward the better team that in itself says the system sucks.....and I will say this it isn't going to change....the refs will miss calls right in front of them, the refs will determine what is and what isn't a foul based upon their interpretation....not on the rule book they have morphed the rule book into a "living and breathing" book which means it can be changed upon the feelings of the ref.
These fines are a total BS..but of course from the eyes of the high above fine deciders it is to be as they say....I saw Matthew hit 2 times in the mask area. 1 of those hits he made a statement to the refs...zippo..nil..nada......BS system......no flag no fine....a guy goes after a guy after play is dea...walking back to the huddle....10 grand....a guy hits another guy as the play is blown but he is still in motion and he gets a 16 grand hit....SMH...it can't be fixed because this is what the NFL wants....
