If Williams replaces Akers it means Akers is a huge failure and the Rams are really lacking at RB. Williams is not a quality starter IMO but I love him as a 2nd back.
Dotson over Noteboom? Maybe if Noteboom is injured again or if he needs to take over at one of the tackle positions.
Tomlinson? He should be on the field plenty so he is in a good position to move up the depth chart based on performance. Kendricks will have to show that he has significantly improved over last season to keep his job.
One thing that I am thrilled to see is the depth that we have at WR, OL, TE and DB. I am sill iffy about the Edge & DL but both those units showed promise in the last game.
