I was thinking that one, and the fall out of bounds on the one he caught in that narrow window between two defenders. Whump! He got up slow on a few occasions. He throws his body into every play with Lombardi-esque reckless abandon.
I forget who - might have been Tua - studied jiu-jitsu in the offseason. Got chided for it, but learned how to fall. I used to hang with a buddy who was a third degree black belt in karate. Learning how to fall came early in that discipline, and he shared some of it with his friends. Good skills to pack away in your muscle memory package.
Oddly enough, I thought of the guy and a couple of things I learned from him when I watched Puka on Sunday.
