I just like the nuts and bolts of what he see's in the film breakdown.

That's the one thing I truly miss from coaching football......The breaking down of game film with the players and explaining in detail what the did good and bad....That's the essence of coaching, getting your players better and better each week knowing they can always improve with hard work and effort.

Practice time on the field, you can see them improve....It was pretty cool.

When I watch these clips of baldy explaining things, it's like going back in time......Thanks for posting these!!!!
