I think he will be needed MUCH more vs SF and Cincy. If he REALLY irritates his hammy vs Seattle, it could REALLY trigger a bad 2023.

There should be no hurry to get him back even if he misses the whiners and Cincy too. He is our ONLY offensive weapon that scares anyone. No need to damage him any more than he already is.

If he isn't ready to play by week 4, I would IR him and bring in a vet or two before the trade deadline.

I want a 100% healthy Kupp in 2024. I don;t really care about 2023. We aren't winning anything anyway. No need to drive Kupp into the ground during a throwaway season.

Gotta be smart about this and save him from himself because he will want to play before he is ready. That's the type of competitor he is.
