I think we are paper thin. Any injury to Stafford, Akers, Kupp, Donald or Ernest Jones Jr will be devastating.
In a way if we lose we win ((draft picks) and if we win we win. The only losing formula is if we middle at 7-10 or 8-9 and the young players don't grow.
Next year we will have money to spend and most of our draft picks. But if the players on the team don't take a step forward and the star players are a year older I believe we start trending toward the 2010s Ram team. I think that leads to the end of Staffird and Donald and the window closes.
If the stars play well. Healthy for another year. And the young players step up I believe we reverse the course and start righting the ship. We reopen the window and build on that.
Higher, Jefferson and Fuller as well as Akers are free agents. We play well and maybe re sign a couple. Play poorly and we trade them at the deadline.
This is a huge year. A year from now we will either be in a full rebuild or reinvigorated for a potential long playoff run.
Good luck to my brothers and sisters.
