Is Bill Billycheat an honest man?
A dishonest man will tell the truth most of the time (unless he's a politician) or else nobody will believe him when he lies. He may shade the truth, put his own spin on it, to sway the opinion of the listener at any time. He's not
lying, but...
I'll put up with a lot of mistaken assumptions, honest mistakes, erronious opinions, from people who are basically good, decent, honest human beings. My radar for listening to them in trust but verify mode is pretty well tuned.
The flip side is that I don't listen to men who have proven themselves consistently, deliberately dishonest where their self-interests are at stake.
In my book Billycheat is not a credible source for information about how the Rams should run their business.
