IMO, the Rams philosophy is changing and IMO, they have seen the err of their ways. If you want a guard, draft a guard, don't draft a tackle and turn him into a guard. Avila & Warren McClendon were good picks IMHO. Now they acquire another pure Guard in Dotson. So it appears that new OL Coach Ryan Wendell is changing their outlook on drafting Offensive Linemen.
