Because what you said. There is minimal to ZERO respect for authority. EVERYTHING is someone ELSE'S fault. I grew up with a fear of no SELF accountability. Not saying I was not a kid who did some dumb things. But if I got caught, I knew it was MY fault and I was gonna pay a price.
