Good against the run, needs to learn how to pass block with the big boys, doesn't play with a low center and gets tipped over, off balance and prone to getting hurt when he does - but I admit I've seen very limited snaps (but enough to confirm what I've said) and beyond that only know what I read.
That leads me to some hard choices regarding Bruss:
Not ready for prime time and would be a liability in coverage, even as a backup. Under live fire, would whiff or not hold a block in a play that could endanger Stafford.
PUP him, IR him, PS him or dump him. Get a starter ready at RG. Get replacements ready who can play, are physically available and durable. Bruss has no business, not now, on the 53.
