Agreed and I think Hampton would be perfect for the practice squad as he needs to add about 10-15lbs with the hope that he won't lose any quickness, but Thomas has flashed plenty, Hampton seems like it is taking more time to adjust. Maybe Rams should stay away from Appalachian State payers as Brian Quick was from there and just never adjust to the NFL level. Shaun Jolly also from there too.
