In a strong TE class he was known for his blocking in college. Draft experts also stated he has great hands. So I took this as his route running and speed were not great. But Mcvay is an ex TE coach so it's a great situation with this kid. Our top 2 TE's are FA next year and this kid allows us to let Higbee walk and spend $ elsewhere along with Long.
