I love the first two picks of the Rams, after that it feels like we always reached on a lot of picks and Snead trading out of spots to get more draft choices is not working, he has not hit on anybody and this year is going to be ugly, before our defense had three HOFs and they did not get to the QB imagine what Snead and Morris combine their talents. A guy who can not draft and a guy who can not scheme on defense. Unless we do some major upgrades on defense we are short, light and slow these are not good combinations.
It could be a long year for us defensively Stafford9 for many reasons including the ones you mention above.
I think we will learn more about Morris as DC this year.
There is no doubt in my mind that McVay really wanted Fangio again this past off season but the Colts were "playing" Morris and never had any intentions of hiring him and Fangio was gone by the time the Colt's told Morris. "Uh, never mind. We changed our mind"! lol
