Given the archaic slant on Evans, based on a high school one-time cell phone incident and reports of stellar team, academic, and citizenship performance since, I choose to disbelieve his slant that the coaching staff is trying to "humble" him. I can't buy into the position coach, OC and HC saying "Let's plan our preseason look at running backs - or even part of it - to humble Zack Evans." In this case the writer's supposition doesn't make any sense whatever. They got a good look at several RB's. That's no doubt what they intended to do - not conduct a role-play group therapy session for one player. Sheesh.
