Rams43
For one thing Kupp will be 100% well before opening day.
For another, Rams are already facing excruciating cuts after WR #6.
Save those cap dollars for other positions tbd by camp and preseason games.
Inexperienced WR's usually don't block well, have a tendency to run wrong routes, etc. If they are concerned about that, then bringing in a vet might be wise.
The only one I saw on that list was Golladay who played well with Stafford in Detroit but I have no idea if he is washed up or not. I am sure there is a reason he isn't on a team right now.
I am hoping Kupp will be fine too 43 but I also know these things can linger or get re-aggrivated throughout the season. Who can forget what Ike went through with his hammy? Kupp seems to be a fast healer and is tough as nails so I am feeling good about his return.
I guess we will see how the Rams feel about the extent of Kupp's injury AND the confidence they have in our current roster of WR's.
Knowing this is being considered a "rebuild" year, I don't see them bringing in anymore WR's unless it's for one of the reasons I mentioned above.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
