I think it’s fair to say that Rams got better at certain positions…

Namely:

Backup QB
RB
OL
TE
WR
S
P
Possibly even at edge overall

And made a LOT of significant improvements at many assistant coaching positions which will pay huge dividends. The value here can’t be overstated.

That’s a lot of progress, imo.

Regression did occur at a few positions, namely:

DL (but maybe not as much as some fear)
CB
ILB
PK (on paper)

Bottom line as I look at the above? Rams look like an 8-9 win team with these coaches. That continues to be my prediction.
