That is how I view him too, but he could move up if he his able to run the RPO with his legs effectively. That could make a difference as it does with Hurts. Overall I still believe the Rams do not have their future QB, but as you communicated, Bennett could fill in until the next guy is drafted or Spanos trades the Rams Justin Herbert for back rent.
