Speaking of other camp battles…
I think Bennett is a virtual lock for #2 QB already.
I see a 4-way free for all competition for #3 WR. Namely, Nacua, Demarcus Robinson, Skow, and Atwell, more or less in that order.
Davis Allen might be our #2 TE as soon as opening day. If Hopkins isn’t careful he might not even make the 53.
Our Edge players will probably be a heavy rotation until fully sorted out. But I do think that they will be an upgrade over last year’s version.
Our depth at ILB behind Jones might be a pleasant surprise. I look for fierce competition there.
Somehow, some way Rams will come out of camp with 3 good starting CB’s. Way too early to choose after Durant, though. But lots of options and Coach Pleasant gives me confidence.
I like our Safety room. A lot. Rams will be fine there this year.
Back to the OL competition. If I were forced to bet, I would choose Jackson at LOT and Shelton at OC.
One last thing. This will be a make ir break year for Raheem Morris career wise.
