Sorry, but I would not do as the RBs are doing. I believe in morals and ethics and playing by the rules. The RBs are part of the CBA. They want special treatment that is different from all the other guys. To say that any of us would simply chase the money and make demands like they are doing without regard to much else or anyone else is just not true.

They think they want to be treated the same as the other guys. All the other guys have been getting HUGE raises. Only one position group is left behind in comparison. They feel the problem of analytics causes issues the CBA does not address and it is perfectly ethical to address it. They don't want to be treated BETTER than anyone. They want to be treated the SAME. They thing what cases the lesser raises is bogus.

To THEM they are not getting fair treatment.

So I disagree. I think all of us would feel the same. In we were in their shoes, not looking from the outside in we would not be so judgmental. We'd understand.
We could call what they were doing immoral or unethical.

But I respect your opinion. I just disagree with it. We may not be able to achieve what we want but we'd try. No one wants to get screwed by screwy business analysis.
