2. If the Rams don't use all of the remaining cap dollars for this year (was it $6 mil?), do they get to carry it over to next season?

I am surprised as well NMR. It seems like they might be dropping the ball on the kicker/punter issues. Do they remember all the kickers we went through before Gay came on board?
