That's a heck of a question Ramsdude.

As much as I can parse this defense we're going to try to cover up an inexperienced but athletic backfield with a bunch of inexperienced but athletic pass rushers.

Given this assumption, I'm expecting bend-don't-break crossed with high risk/high reward as far as turnovers. Good teams will destroy us and mediocre and poor teams will be a toss up.

My reasonable expectation is that the D can be enough against those mediocre and poor teams for the offense to win it. I fully expect our defensive ranking to be near the league bottom due to the good teams rolling up the stats on us.

I can see it happening like you say it might.

I really looking forward to see how the addition of Lake and Pleasant will impact the schemes and over all development of the younger players.

Considering this is a "remodel" year anyway, I wouldn't be upset if we played a more aggressive scheme to really "test" these new kids.

Don't make them play with "training wheels" on. Let them play on instinct and talent first and let's see who can hold up and who can't.

IMO, we don't have time to baby these new kids. Throw their @sses into the fire from game one and let's see what happens!
