Better question might be "Do Snead/McVay have what it takes to rebuild a defense?".
Having seen high picks and free agent dollars go towards WRs who don't and can't play, asking Morris to make a defense out of low picks and street free agents while vets walk away seems uneven.
Not a fan of Morris, but he's not getting a lot of front office support.
