Daniel Jones and Dak Prescott also have 4 year, $160M deals and personally I think Stafford is better than either of them.
Their are currently 8 QBs with a contract that pays more than $40M a year. If he took much less he'd be behind Derek Carr and Kirk Cousins ($37.5M/yr and $35M/yr). And before his contract is up he'll be passed by Trevor Lawrence, Joe Burrow, and probably a few more from this list: Jordan Love, Zach Wilson, Trey Lance, Tua Tagovailoa, and Justin Herbert.
