Not without talent because he had his moments, but you are the first round pick in 1982 coaching staff change and John Robinson drafts his guy in Eric Dickerson and Redden never truly gets his chance to be the primary ball carrier. Sure wish the Rams had the young Redden after Dickerson instead of Gaston Green & Cleveland Gary.
