IMO they have brought in some very high energy,high level mentors in the way of the coaches, the secondary IMO may have lost Ramsey and that hurts, but getting back Pleasant and gaining Lake offset that somewhat add in the fresh bodies and IMO that is a great start.....give them time now to get a little comradery going.
In reality they have lost a lot of years and leadership on the field, but that doesn't mean they have lost any fire and maybe have added some hunger in their place....that leadership can be regained, and it doesn't have to take years to do it either IMO.
