After the Rams made the pick I was against it and this was one of the reasons, the public intoxication for a 25 year old.
So I tried to cut Bennett a break and understand that everybody can make mistakes and how the key is learning from them.
He's got some Mayfield in him--even Maziel, but not that bad.
But all that matters to me is that he's an upgrade to Rams recent backups. He need to be able to step in and win
going forward.
But it's fair to have questions...we just don't know what kind of guy he is--a one-time thing? Or is he going to
be problematic?
Guessing he's going to be okay, but you never know.
