There are far better options available and I want to see more of Tanner Brown & I am sure they will add another to the kicker competition. Maher failed twice as a Cowboy, plus the Chargers have two viable kickers in Cameron Dicker (wish we kept him for a Year) & Dustin Hopkins, one will lose that competition and there is Zane Gonzalez with the 49ers, who will lose his battle with 3rd round pick Jake Moody & Gonzalez use to kick for Special Teams Coordinator Chase Blackburn, when Chase was in Carolina.
Brett Maher has a booming leg, but is not accurate and once he starts missing, he goes into a horrific slump like missing all those extra points for example.
