It isn't ideal for the young QB to do that at this level, because it will get him on highlight reels and generate buzz but will create a ton of extra risk of injury. Unfortunately though that's what will happen if he plays because he's not going to line up and win anything from the pocket.
Colts are interesting though. Will the owner press the young coach to play the rookie. He's been meddling and looks like he knows he's almost out of time, dude does not look healthy to me. And if they lose a ton of games, well, it's a good QB draft next year. So I expect the kid will play and they'll run him like the Skins did with Griffin, slow the rush by threatening the edges with his legs and have simple reads with tons of called runs.
Has me wondering how our defense will do stopping that too. I mean will we be good vs the run. I hope so. If not then we'll be one of those teams that can lose to a QB like that.
