I feel confident in the guys leading the rooms......the coaching staff

those leaders will be the key to the players in those rooms being all they can be on the field. Don't know where this feeling I have comes from, maybe a confusion of hope more so than confidence.

The rooms need to start from the teachers because most of the vets in those rooms are no longer around. The young guys confidence will grow from how well the teachers/coaches work them along.
