It was him - but from what I could see, it was a media-overblown "fight" where Rypien got bumped and told to step it up - just a little kisenthetic inspiration and leadership.

I wouldn't worry about it based on what I saw - but I'd also talk to coaches. If this guy is a player we cound use and expects the best from himselkf and those around him, he'd fit right in - and Rypien would have to mature and adjust if he hasn't already. Maybe part of the vetting - if he's being considered - would be for Snead to talk to Rypien. That is, if he's being considered by more than another sportswriter.
