I would think so if he is affordable

By now I would hope whatever his contract demands were they would now be diminished. So if he's willing to accept competing for a job and a reasonable contract for what he is, which is an iffy starter who does have some upside, I think he would help us.

But also I don't know what our cap outlook is right now. So also comes down to what that is and what they're planning to do. At this point what I'd prefer is a vet DL who can stuff the run as that's my biggest concern right now with our defense but I would welcome Dalton's addition if they were to sign him. At the very least he would make our depth better and adds competition both of which would be welcome.

Didn't he get in a fight with Rypien on the sidelines?
