If it were Rinse rather than Lense it would the empty backfield with RB out to the right then shifts to backfield.
In McVay's system (and most WCO variants) the shift comes first, then the formation (and any
variation of the formations (could be tighter splits or something), then the motions, the protection if it is a pass
play, the play (run or pass with the routes and reads), then the "can" play--and they do it play part over again...
