I have been tough on Derion Kendrick and I know some have communicated for me to pump the brakes because it was his rookie year, but IMHO, I really saw nothing he brought to the table. Kendrick is slow and gives the receiver all the room in the world because he is scared of being beat deep.
Add to that, he played scared even in the Denver game on Christmas, Kendrick allows his man to not only catch the ball, but get out of bounds too in order to stop the clock at the end of the first half giving the Broncos the opportunity to convert a FG, which they did.
I am hoping for Robert Rochell to step up because I believe the talent is there plus I am hoping another CB shows something like Shaun Jolly, Vincent Gray, Jordan Jones or Timarcus Davis because watching Kendrick was excruciating to post the least.
