I thought the schedule was also calculated in some way depending on your division standing from the previous year.
It seems unfair that the Rams would have a more difficult schedule than the division winners, conference game losing 49ers!!
The third place finish only determines 3 games on our schedule
We still have to play two playoff teams twice in our own division and two of the the better divisions outside our division in NFC East and AFC North
