It takes time for OLinemen to get used to the game, new teammates, new coaches, new plays.
Like most everybody else I'm very happy they got some OLinemen. McSnead should have figured that out a couple years ago but better late than never.
One thing I really like about McVay is that he does seem to try to learn from his mistakes and correct his weaknesses. Some coaches, (maybe Fisher?), never seem to get to that point.
Good point on Coach McVay v. Coach Fisher. Fisher couldn't pick an OC to save his life and, had he ever been able to turn over his coaching duties to a real OC, he would probably still be in the league.
