Absolutely right. Earlier than any of us expected. The solace there is that all 6 QBs taken between 127 and 160 were taken a round or two earlier than expected.

I'm not high on the Bennett pick myself. But if the Rams had waited until the 6th round to target a backup QB there would have been no one left to take. So I understand it in the context of what happened with the day 3 QBs in general.
