As far as Rapp vs. Johnson
Rapp was slow. 4.76 at his pro day slow. And usually pro days are faster than combine 40s.
Johnson ran 4.41ish I guess.
So Johnson is quicker, but Rapp was the better athlete.
I think Johnson has better ball skills and had better instincts in the passing game.. I think Rapp was better against the run, and def. more physical.
I wouldn't use either as a single high as my last line of defense in the passing game.
Rapp was fine as a box safety, used mostly in run support. I think Johnson is better back in a split safety quarters look where he can come forward into the box.
