It is what it is. Guys who can't communicate well with their staffs in college and who get hurt and don't live up to high talent levels rarely flip those switches in the pros.

This is one of Snead's lottery ticket type picks. If it hits he'll look like a genius but it carries a ton of extra risk. What irks me is the UCF kid that went to the Vikes shortly thereafter. That dude would have instantly cemented our RB room.
