Shouldn't UDFA's want to sign here?

The Rams are clearly reaching on these later picks, and I think it's because they simply need to fill positions on the roster.

They don't have money to sign veterans, so the draft is the cheapest labor they can get. The UDFAs have a choice in where they sign.

We have so many openings that the odds of them starting are better here than a lot of other places, aren't they?
