IMHO.......If the Rams had a First RD grade on Levis, and figured he'd be off the board at #36.....Then pick him.

It's not every year that a 6'5" 230 lb QB falls in your lap. Go watch some film. Strong arm and can move. Plus, McVay as his HC. It's a no brainer.

- Marginal mobility in pocket
-Makes bad decisions
-Wobbly balls on deep throws
-Played in a lower level conference
-Gets antsy in pocket and throws into coverage.
