McVay and Snead are some definite snake oil salesmen because they can keep a straight face about the prospects of this team and the fact that Stars like AD, Stafford have a reason or motivation to play apart from the ridiculous money they will be paid to watch their stock drop and see themselves sunsetted in the media and in MVP discussion or top 100 nominations. The question is not how many games will we win? Answer is not enough. The question is how far will they fall in consideration and honor playing on a team that has literally dumped all that they can afford to dump in salary to still field a team in 2023.

So My key considerations are a teir 2 QB like DTR, a RB like Roschon Johnson, G Antonio Mafi, TE Arik Gilbert The types of gouys that if they translate to NFL have some upside IMO for the future.
