I don't think the Rams have ever gone 30 years between Super Bowls since they started them.In fact, we seem to go to the NFCCG at least once every 10 years. ('79, '89.'99)
I am not too sure any of our current players will be on the team or not but I am sure they will still be alive.
Now that Ziggy, Georgia and Shaw are gone, we aren't your Daddy's Rams anymore. lol
I think we make it back to at least another NFCCG under McVay, maybe another Super Bowl too if we get lucky again!
As far as NFCCG, Rams are the bomb. All of those in the 1970s, 1985, 1989, 1999, 2018, 2021, we are spoiled. Me in particular since I was at the last 4, all wins (the only 4 I have gone to).
Statistically, I would say if McVay hangs around a while, we are back within 5 years.
