Just saw on the OTC website that Ashawn's Contract is for $4M APY - must be $4M in performance bonuses - essentially getting a "more solid" 7th round pick than Gaines was getting us. Essentially Gaines was near the bottom of the 32 pick limit given the value of his contract whereas Ashawn's is a bit higher APY and not as near to the 32 comp pick limit. it still appears to still be two 6's and two 7's in 24.
