I have no idea what McVay saw in Perkins enough to keep him for as long as he did. Actually, same goes for Wolford as well.

Does McVay not know how to develop QB's? Or is he just a poor evaluator.

Do coaches actually "develop" players anymore? I remember saying we weren't developing players well on offense or defense. Someone mentioned that there just isn't time to "develop" anyone anymore.

FWIW, Not sure if that was true or not.
