Perkins had 3 years in this offense to develop. There was never any improvement.

I have no idea what McVay saw in Perkins enough to keep him for as long as he did. Actually, same goes for Wolford as well.

Does McVay not know how to develop QB's? Or is he just a poor evaluator.
