moving up 17 spots and dumping a bad salary at the same time? send it

I'm guessing ARob just didnt have the work ethic they expected and figured they could find a better, cheaper, younger replacement in this years draft....

Rams will now have almost $20M in hard cap space to do some free agent bargain hunting after the draft now with this move, not too mention clear another $10M for 2024
