Anybody think the Seahawks would be any good last season with the loss of Wilson and Wagner?
Anybody think Denver would suck with the addition of Wilson?
There's always some surprises. The Rams still have 3 superstars and at the right positions to give another team all they want.
IMO, the issue will be if a healthy Oline can elevate the team.
The Rams will not have much quality depth (with experience, anyway). But, with a typical season of health, the Rams have the ability to surprise. Bad teams usually don't have a really good QB, a top level WR, and an interior pass rusher who will be a 1st year HOF member.
I think they'll be fun to watch because the expectations will be pretty muted. I believe they'll be a play-action, run first team. And I also think the D is going to play very aggressive in the Secondary because I don't think they can rely on the front 7 to get to the QB very fast.
McVay has his work cut out for him. But if he is really the offensive genius he is credited with, they'll score some points and that's always fun.
