I don't think boards are stacked like: can start now vs can start in 2024 or 2025. I mean isn't the point to get the best player you can with each and every pick to build out your roster for the near term and longer term? Aren't they looking for guys with the football iq, character, and ability to have productive nfl careers? How long it takes them to see the field is kind of up to the player and the coaches. Any projections on - 'this guy can start tomorrow' are pure speculation, I would think.
