I've got the first jersey my parents ever bought me (1979) framed in my office, long story behind it but it's there. Right near it, a signed AD jersey with the new look. Just never got stuck in this historical/never make changes mindset about the team stuff but I completely understand the loyalists to tradition.
But I'm also in the minority, I've never worn a football jersey since my game in college. Jerseys are for athletes in action and children in my mind. I've always thought it odd to see grown men in jerseys as if they're ready to jump into action if called upon. To each their own, we all have our own likes and dislikes.
As long as your pulling for the Rams, your outfits (whatever they are) are legit and I've got nothing but love for ya.
Here's to swimming with bow legged women.
