Gerald Everett was over drafted but he's been a a good tight end. If you're asking for any GM to hit home runs consistently from small school guys then you'll be disappointed. But if you're looking for serviceable starters, Snead has a few. I forgot John Franklin meyers and Cobie Durant as well. And Higbee was from western Kentucky. I dunno if that's small but I think so.
